My Paris chops sure are rusty. I haven't recorded in a long while. After a
loonngggggg dry spell with writing, I finally decided to record some of the
stuff. I was really puzzled by the absolutely HUGE waveforms I was getting,
despite the meters on both the MEC and the Mix window showing well below the
red zone. Seems I forgot about the wave sizing thingy. Doh. Its a
learning curve all over again -or maybe a learning bump??

I actually did that, but in reverse. I had a client singing lead vocals, and was sure their audio wasn't going down. Even called another engineer. Finally figured it out. Waveform was too small to see in the overview! Embarassing!
