I have just spent one of the more agonizing hours of my
freakin' LIFE trying to sort out a phone upgrade with Sprint...

The worst, most disorganized company, with the worst, least
informative, least logically laid out website, with contradictory
information, dead-ends, dead pages, missing info,

aaAAARGGHHHHHH

I finally called the bastids up and yelled loudly at the "customer
service" guy and actually walked him through about half the
problems and demanded that he fix them...

FAT CHANCE

gGGGGGRRRRRRRR!!!

I no I don't even drink coffee...

When I lived in Cal. they kept over billing me for months. So I started keeping
track of all my calls. They did things like bill me for 19 minutes when
I called my niece and hung up on her answering machine. I told them I would
pay my monthly flat rate, but not the over billing. They told me their computers
don't make mistakes, and they refused to adjust the bill. That took 6 calls
over 8 hours to reach them. I cancelled my account and didn't pay them,
it damaged my credit and ended up costing me thousands of dollars.

I wish I had contacted the California state attorney generals office and
filed a complaint. Sometimes I still think about writing them a letter.
I know if they did it to me they were doing it to millions of other people.

Needless to say, I'll never use sprint ever again. The truth is their all
a rip off.
