The supreme court ruling is a clear misinterpretation of the law. I have
to admit that I am somewhat baffled, but not overly surprised. There is
a big difference between public benefit and public use....
Whether you're liberal or conservative, we should be all over this
issue. I suggest that we all email our congressmen.

Yep, the old original one with the funky arm-style holder. it's absolutely
lovely on femme vox in cardioid and it's killer in a M/S configuration as

fader controller doesn't work, you can drop it and this fixes it. Maybe if I
had put it out in the pasture with my horses on Tuesday, they would have

The interesting thing that shows relativism (i.e. no moral or ethical
standards from which to make decisions) - this decision was made under the
argument that the supreme court has no right to interfere when a city deems
a project best for the city (which of course is highly subjective,
speculative, and subject to a city counsel's personal opinions, preferences
or even stake in the project):
"The city has carefully formulated an economic development that it believes
will provide appreciable benefits to the community, including - but by no
means limited to - new jobs and increased tax revenue," Stevens wrote in an
opinion joined by Justice Anthony Kennedy, David H. Souter, Ruth Bader
Ginsburg and Stephen G. Breyer.
"It is not for the courts to oversee the choice of the boundary line nor to
sit in review on the size of a particular project area," he said.
Based on this, the supreme court is setting a precedent to only uphold an
individual, corporation, organization or local government's right to make
whatever decision they deem "right" within their own context. With no basis
for ethical decision making, a ruling like this leaves the door open for a
hierarchy of property ownership capability and wealth to supercede lesser
owners/property - e.g. if the city has a bigger project with more jobs than
your house/neighborhood accounts for, they can take it at will, and very
likely well below market value since the homeowners would have no basis for
refusal/counter offer. This almost sounds like we are returning to a caste
system. There is a reason "conservatives" shudder at the sight of decaying
moral and ethical values. It isn't about being "conservative" - it's about
keeping the boundaries that afford us the peace and well-being we've come to
enjoy, and take for granted.

DanIf you are running XP professional on the host computer, I believe this feature
is available. For $20. month, you can also acquire this function through
gotomypc.com, which will allow you to manipulate the host cursor, and theoretically
make changes in Paris. They have a free trial period.

you have a bunch of guitars from individual channels going through a group
channel.
the group channel feeds the master bus.
the group channel is peaking at say -5 db.
so..... the master bus is peaking at -5 db.
you turn the group channel down to -10 db.
so... the master bus now shows peaking at -10 db.
in PARIS.... ;
