I recirded a lovely and sensitive acoustic guitar intro today,
Originally the band was playing under but we decided to use acoutic only.
So, after paying to the backing drum track, the guitarist after many takes
got it perfect. Unfortunately, after muting the drums, it became apparent
that one of my cats, Clyde, who has a sinus problem, was asleep next to the
guitarist, snoring up a storm. It's kind of charming, but I am wondering
now if I can write off his vet bills next year.

Well you could download cat de-snorer from digital fish phones as you suggested...
;o)
....or you could use Antares Snorto-tune, which will at least put the snoring
back in tune with the guitar. ;o)
Personally I'd just drown the cat out with some cowbells or some mooing from
Line 6's Cow-Farm. ;o)

I think SPL makes a cat desnorer that actually senses the frequency, then
phase inverts it to cancell the noise......it's more expensive than their
rat, desqueaker though.

Oh, I may also need the optional Leaf Blower Extractor! Well I could have
used the article in the new tape Op about creative Phase Reversal. put 2
mics on the cat flip one and whamo no mare cat, My wife wouldn't have been
to happy.
