Thanks for the post DC. While I have not read C. Hitchens latest book, I
have seen several interviews with him about it. I am a believer, but I'd
have to agree with what I gather is the main thrust of the book: that it is
not ok for believers to impose their systems on anyone else. Religion can
be cool, but religious tyranny is poison. Having said that, I'll grant
anyone, that minding the lines between providing information, influence,
persuasion and social contol can be very difficult.
