I have PARIS EDS cards and the EmU 0404 for Proteus X in stalled on my PC.
Needless to say . . . I'm having conflict problems. I've already tried
re-formatting the disk (I've troubleshooted that far) and re-installing XP.

Please Advise!

Advice? Put the proteus/0404 in another machine, that thing is a HOG.
Sounds great, but it'll slow the machine down to a likely unusable state.
