I'm trying to track down a login issue, and I have a vague suspicion that it's related to user names that contain characters other than letters or numbers, such as the square bracket characters ( [ or ] ). It's possible that an issue like that could be related to changes made in the charset encoding approach of FUDForum.
So if you're experiencing occasional or regular difficulties logging in, and your user name contains these characters, contact me at kg at kerrygallowaydotcom and I'll manually remove them from your user name and we'll see if that improves things.
