Well, by the areacode I see you're from Oregon. I'm from Croatia (Europe).
Do you have any idea how much is shipping to 10000 Zagreb/Croatia.
...some cheap option like standard airmal or so.. (USPS...)

board... i must see it's cosmetic condition)
How old is it? What is the serial number, assy revision and part revision?
