If I downgrade the OS on my Paris box from XP to ME, can I use the
same response to authorize Paris, or do I have to go throught the
ID thang? Not sure if a change in OS is going to require new key.

Oh and what do I lose by going back to ME? I know what I gain!
All my ADAT i/o working again :-)
