Guys,

The new AMD quad core processor will make a 42%percent jump from the currex
quad intel. Reason for this jump is the use of "floating point" processing
which as WE know is the "juice" needed for native plugins..

As it stands now, the Intels are doing a really good job for the native DAWs,
but a 42% spike in floatingpoint processing is very significant indeed..

Rumor: Apple has signed on with AMD to provide the next gen of X-server ..Interesting??hummmm
