Did you see the very end? Looks like the building has lights on
it, or perhaps LED's??? Is it possible that the laser excites
the LED's temporarily?

i thought there was some projector in the van and the guy with the laser pen
was writing over what was projected on the building, so you could do it on
any building. What a killer way to guerrilla advertise. Find a place like
the Superbowl with 100,000 people and just project on a visible building
for 30 seconds. WOW

I only glanced over it once but I thought I saw them pulling a detector unit
out to the parking lot, and a projector was in the van.
