This has to be a hoax. Did you read the posts on his MySpace
under Vocal Tuning?

Very funny indeed if he is pulling our legs.

Here you go, from his Blog on visiting a homeless shelter.
I like this guy's sense of humour. He also lists his age at 104...

singing for the homeless
Current mood: blessed

Hello all.

It's that time of year when we all stop to reflect and be thankful. I'm not
rich, I'm not famous, but I have the gift. The least I can do is give back
to the community that will one day give back to me in the form of a record
deal. Karma, you know.

I showed up at the shelter downtown with my guitar in hand and started singing
to the ones less fortunate than myself. I witnessed a miracle, it was like
the hand of the Almighty was on my voicebox because the minute I started
singing one by one they all left the shelter. They left the heated facility,
walked away from the free food, room and board and set out in a new direction
in their life. I guess they figured if I could do it anyone can. Some of
them who could barely walk when I got there actually ran down the street.
I can't take the credit, what I have is a gift from God.

Gilbert is a friend of mine. I've worked with him many times. He really
does have "THE GIFT".

His alter ego is a very successful Nashville musician/grammy-award-winning
songwriter/grammy-nominated producer. Funny guy!

Happy New Year!
