Purely, mon, dis be de Babylon!

The last few weeks I've been learning web design, designing a couple
sites for my new company. What a trip! I'm a pretty competent graphic
designer with the Adobe Creative Suite stuff, but I'm using MS' new
Expression Web program, which is cool, but nothing at all like designing
for print.

Anyway, my mind is slightly overwhelmed most of the time, with brief
moments of joy when something miraculously works like I want. There's so
much new terminology to learn, and the book I bought is kind of steep
(720 pages). I learned graphics by the seat of my pants. I guess I can
do the same with this.
