Since there just isn't a little hardware box witch converts an MTC signal
to midiclock i intend to let my technican program such a box. How many people
would be interested in such a tool?

Doesn't the MOTU MIDI Timepiece do this?

Doesn't JL Cooper make two or three such devices. PPS-2, DataSync 2 and the
DataMaster?

I got a pps-1
And that thing won't generate a midi clock at all.

Maybe that why they made the PPS2. See if there is anything here that fits
the bill.
