sorry lamont., I cant prove it either way.(my $100,000. estimate).
I can say that i knew early on that digi was way too much money for the
bang.
I couldnt even burn a CD without shelling out $1000 for their burning
software( i forget the name of it,but the price im sure of)
thank heavens paris came along.sad that it didnt catch on
for the long haul.

Hi Alex - Your question is challenging and I appreciate your asking.
Unfortunately there is no way we can possibly answer it. The only
exchange we ever had from AM II was to AM III with Pro Tools software
with DAE powermix back in 1996 for $995, both products have long since
been discontinued. Since then there have been multiple exchanges with
multiple options so there is no telling what direction you might have
gone. Ultimately you probably would have spent more in the long run
upgrading along the way but you would have recouped much if not all of
the value of your purchase in using your system as the Technology
progressed over the past 14 years. We do not distribute legacy

I was wondering if you could help me calculate what i would have
spent on upgrading my system from my audiomedia ll card (circa 1994)
all the way to present hardware /software.(pro tools HD3 system) I
tried looking for price sheets with the trade in allowances but
nothing on the website goes back that far. I am considering a new HD
3 system and am trying to figure out what the incremental upgrades
would have cost as opposed to other routes. Pricing sheets from 1994
to present would be great. thanks in advance!
