Does SP2 cover everything that SP1 & 1a covered or do I need to install SP1
before SP2? It would sorta suck if this is the case since SP1 isn't
avaliable for DL anymore (though I have it on a a data disk here)

If you have a original windows xp or sp1 install disk just download
this file. You will only need to do windows updates that came out after SP2.
this works from a fresh install before you install chipset drivers and
do any system tweaks.
