Helios electronics is looking for pictures for their web site. Maybe you
should turn Tony on to the whole SSC golden sound PARIS connection. I'm
sure he'd love to hear about it, and SSC would live on for a little longer;

SSC may have owned a MIDAS. I never seen a MIDAS recording console though.
The picture sure looks like a Helios, may be he owned both??? I'm sure

The estate auction mentioned the Custom Midas... I also remember an
interview where he mentioned the Midas. I do not recall him ever
owning a Helios desk... But who knows, I've been wrong before! ;-)

I remember mention of a Midas too, and I saw that reference in the estate
sale. Maybe he modded the Midas with VU's that resembled those of the
Helios? I think he modded everything he touched.
