Whaaaaaa....??

Is this for real?

Did I miss a memo or something? Are the sounds this thing produces actually
supposed to be be desirable sounds??? Both Digital Clipping +18db and ADClip
+18db sound like complete and utter "FAIL" to me. Yikesssss. Am I just
getting old?

Have you ever recorded Punk or Grunge? On an amp or maybe a vocal effect.
It could be called instant A** plugin; ) It might even be fun to mess
with a client with this.

LOL, yeah - but here I was thinking that the idea was for *them* to sound
bad and for me to record that bad sound fairly competently.

I have the uncomfortable feeling that if this were the 1950s, I'd probably
be one of those old guys complaining that "this distorted sound the kids get
from turning their guitar amps up too loud sounds like crap".

When our son was born someone warned me that one day I'd hear my father's
voice come out of my mouth! Fateful words...
