I remember right after CNN started broadcasting, Bill Tush was on some late
night segment and I guess the some of the crew were bombed out of their
skulls. Tush looked sort of wacked himself and you could hear the crew
laughing uncontrollably off camera.........and then, while the cameras were
rolling, a couple of the crew members took a paper mache' cylinder about 5
feet long that they had painted up to look like a big reefer and they were
parading it back and forth behind Tush while he was trying to do some sort
of news on the air. You should have seen the look on his face when he
caught it in his monitor. This whole thing was being broadcast
internationally. I think a few heads rolled at CNN that night, but man, that
was funny.
