Having spent a month in Japan recently this does not surprise me at all.
They have a HUGE electronics department store that constantly plays,
over and over, day and night at high volume, throughout the store, a 4
bar melody that sounds like an old SuperMario theme.

The thing that shocked me was the girls had such big butts - most
Japanese girls are highly under-endowed in the booty department.
