Here you go. I put them on "Yousendit" maybe someone will be able to host
them. The "yousendit" link will expire after 7 days.

Looks like it is shut down due to bandwidth issues. I now have 5GB of web
space, so I can host it at ParisFAQs if you can put it somewhere I can
retrieve it. (I also now have PHP and MySQL, so look for a PARIS wiki
soon!)
