I'll still buy a demo unit from you - only condition is that
you'd better get Chuck to OK that I get at least a full 50% off
your normal street prices on all demos...

....gotta make up for the losses in shipping & repair charges
SOMEHOW!

;)

I'm using Nuendo, (extremely Happy), and I also have M-Audio Pro Tools which
I rea rly use and do not like one little bit.
I'm using the M-Audio MixControll with Nuendo and it's more stable than with
PT on an Intel core 2 duo 6600 with 2gb ram

Moved on several years ago. I never really heard the "Paris sound" like
many others. At least it was not the big wow factor for me. Maybe
because I came to Paris from a pretty hip analog system. I do think it
was ahead of its time in affordable digital sound quality and power of
features. And has the best news group around by far.

I use SX4 and Sam now.

Still using paris here with ua2192 conversion as main tracking
and mixing.(oh i also have logic/motu 2408mk3)Paris reminds
me of my rcently acquired marshall 1968 plexi;not a lot of
features but just a lot of great tone/vibe.

Hi Brad,

Paris user since '97. Small system in a home studio.
1 MEC 2 - 8 in's
2 EDS cards
1 C16
DAC1 and Big Ben just purchased from Sweetwater (Paul Rowan)

I'm checking the FS site often to double my size and/or give me a back up
system.

I've produced/engineered and played on 5 CDs for singer/songwriters in the
Las Vegas area.

I have two systems still running Paris (one used stricly for tracking full
bands in another room) and other for mixing.

I have SX3 also but keep going back to Paris as it tracks so well and I never
(knock on wood) have any issues with either system (both win 98). If MIDI
is not needed Paris just works, and is so easy to use that I have trouble
finding a really good reason to switch. But I do not do this for a living
so my ears and chops are not near as good as some here....
