had appropriate hardware (ie. expansion
chassis's etc) run as many as you like, subject to bandwidth limitations,
but Paris was only built to run 8 cards, meaning 128 tracks.

Find me the dude who can pick more than 128 instruments playing simultaneously
and I'll buy you a beer. ;o)

Kim.To make that clearer, Windows can definately run at LEAST 8 cards. I have
never heard of a Windows "same card limit" other than simple bandwidth and
interrupt limitations.
