I have bought 3.0 and is trying to a get the license.
I sent them a mail 10 days ago and still no response.

Are they usually that slow?

Their website says 7 days.

I'm waiting for the authorisation code since 9 days.

Did you remember to include you EDS serial number and 3.0 key numbers? They
won't respond without both of those pieces of information.

Thanks!
This is a transfer from another owner and not related to my EDS card.
It just a softwaretransfer.

OK I will try that...
I have to open the computer...

Why don't ID give the info.
It should be so easy
Are they arrogant....?
