Hmm , maybe I shorted the cold to earth ...

I try to answer about my configuration.
1. PC's are connected via CAT5 cable
2.Becuase I had some problems at 1000 speed I lowered both lan cards at 100
speed and now is working.
3. Speed is very slow, reminds me of USB1.1
needs around 6 minutes to transfer a 734 MB wavefile.
4.On Me I have installed Client for Microsoft Networks.
TCP/IP and File and printer sharing and of course Planet ENW 9606 Gigabit
card
On XP pc I have
Client for microsoft networks
File anprinter sharing
Qos Packet scheduler
TCP/IP
Same cable works fine with two XP PC's...
