Tom, It's not a standard 2 button mouse. I did call them today. They said
$94.00 pal and it's yours. It's a special proprietary mouse.

Ya, what's proprietary about it is the wiring to the jack and the =
special
Roland pricing. I have two of them and except for the jack there's
nothing different about it's behavior.=20
I'll look in the manual for the wiring if you want to pay somebody to =
set=20
up the jack correctly. If the info is there that shouldb't cost you =
more
than $25 in the right tech's hands.

The manual had the pin outs for the RGB video display but not the mouse.
I now understand that it is a MSX Computer mouse. You might try and =
Google
that. I guess they were popular in Europe.

You plug it into Cubase & try to see if you can get it to run
any of the controls therein. Normally this is done through
various MIDI ports & settings.
Deej - is it on the list of Controls surfaces/devices when you
pull down that submenu? (too lazy to boot the DAW & check for
myself right now LOL!)

Ah ha! Well.. I don't have Cubase. And I rarely use midi for anything except
a click track, but I do actually use Paris as my main squeeze. I use the
DA7 for an input board.
