Congrats on the new studio, Ted. It looks like it will be an inspiring

OK, I just renovated my one-car garage to be a studio here in Vancouver.

The main thing is - what does the end result sound like?
This is not my space - it belongs to our Keys player and her
husband, who is our Sound Man. They have 500 acres in the country. Someone
else here said "I don't have a lot of money,
but I have friends who do, which is the next best thing"

You're welcome, Ted - though it's hardly altruism, I get to play with
all the new developments too ;)
The hero of the story is Mike Audet. We'll look back at the development
work he did in 2008 as a turning point for the continuation of PARIS,
like the release of the XP drivers in '03 was.

WTF, David? Are you trying to ruin my studio-withcraft-mojo
thread here??? You don't EVER wanna run a wire to it!!! Look,
here's what you do...
1.) You just bury a 6'x6' Steel plate below the frostline, and
then you're done.
2.) As an ALTERNATIVE, you can bury a 6'x6'x Steel plate under
the frostline, and then light a candle, and chant a bit.
3.) As a SECOND alternative, you can bury a 6'x6' Steel plate
below the frostline, and then connect it via wireless (such as
a Frontier Transzport) to your cold water pipes. Oh, and don't
forget the whole candle, chant, chant, etc, thing.
But don't EVER connect a f*ck*ng WIRE to it! lol
