This guys gets shot in the head, you see. Amazingly, he's still alive. They
get him to the emergency room and the neurosurgeon looks at the Xray and
says, "We can save this guy, but it will be a very long and difficult operation.
It will be very risky, but I think we can do it"
They roll the patient in for surgery and get under way. It takes five hours
of stabilizing the patient just enough so that they can attempt to remove
the bullet. The doctor finally attaches the hemostat onto the shell and contemplates
removing the thing from the patient's brain. He starts to sweat profusely,
knowing that one wrong move could turn this guy's brain into oatmeal. Seeing
his state, his nurse turns to him and says, "Relax doctor. It's not like
we are making a Steely Dan record or anything."
