DJ - I think someone posted about this on the Nuendo forum and said UAD-1
users weren't having much luck with it. Shame - I would order one tomorrow.

Let me know if you give it a whirl though - I could use a PCIe to PCI
chassis that won't break the bank.

It's a no-go with UAD-1 cards. Bummer.

well..you could get some metal shears, cut the back of the box away and give
it a try. I think the EDS cards work with 3.3 and 5v slots, don't
they???...I don't remember.

All it is is a cheapo PCI riser card meant for a 2U rack mount server
thype system. They just put it in a box and attached a cheap power
supply. Total crap.

The EDS is 5volt Keyed ONLY - you can tell by the pin profile.
On closer inspection, you couldn't even fit a 5volt card into either a 3.3
volt OR Universal 32-bit PCI slot.
I found a great PDF on the subject - just a couple pages. If anyone would
like me to send a copy, give me your email and I'll send it.
Hope that helps.
