Mike,

I am still running a single core XP system. A Pentium 4 2.80gz machine. Will I still benefit from purchasing your multi-core updated XP drivers...and will the driver work in my system?

Yep, they'll work great. Theoretically they run a tad slower on single cores than the 2004 drivers (which were optimized for single core) but it will probably be completely imperceptible. That'd be a trivial impact considering the number of bugfixes they contain.
