Alright, kids. Thanks for chiming in.
I am able to save a project onto my "C" drive, but not onto my "E" (audio)
drive. I haven't tried to render a track onto my "C" drive, but I'm sure
it would work.
I suppose I can do some work tonight and just work with the project on my
"C" drive, which is fine for now, but it's not a great long-term solution
for me, as me and Swen regularly swap hardrives between computers. Are you
guys still using seperate drives for audio? Is it even necessary, strictly
speaking?
Maybe some of Rob's iideas are on the right track?

Sounds kind of like you pissed off XP's sense of security. Go to.....
My Computer: right click E drive.
Go to security tab. Give everyone full control. Reboot.
Still got that issue?

Pardon my language, but what a complete dumbass I am. It's a good thing I'm
a musician and not a computer scientist.
I am ashamed, so very ashamed...
And so we push onwards.
BTW, me and Swen just signed a licensing deal with a pretty successful company.
These guys have had several lucrative placements with film and TV, including
"Grey's Anatomy", so we're pretty excited. They came looking for us about
a week after we started handing out CDs to friends for feedback after years
of working on this music, so we feel confident they are going to work hard
on our behalf. We're excited!
