Hi guys,
I finally have Paris back up and running with Mecs and all.
Now Cubase SX 2.1 doesn't like running because of clocking issues.
I am using a Scope Pro card. Cubase will no longer start up
without Scope running! That's backwards from what was working=20
in the past. Now with both running it's a clickfest along with the=20
inevitable crash as the two are fighting for the hardware resources. =20
With Scope off Cubase gives the white screen of death at start up =
looking for clock.
With Scope off I used to send Paris (XP) ADAT optical to and from 16 =
channels of=20
Scope ADAT. Using Scope card settings at 'Sync/ADAT'. Now, whenever I =
set it=20
to that it doesn't retain the settings and goes back to 'Master/SPDIF'
whether it's plugged into Paris ADAT/SPDIF or not. I've also tried =
another
ADAT machine as the source which had been working while my Mecs were =
down.
That doesn't work either.
What am I missing here?
Thanks,
Tom
