I guess it must be his privacy settings. In that case the best I can do is forward him your facbook - Jim Drago Ministries. Hope that helps.

Facebook ain't for me. FWIW.

It gives me the same vaguely creepy/incredulous feeling I got back in the dot.com bubble days...

@ Ted.... too funny man. Yeah, I came across Chuck and Sara about the same time. Sara will tell you I've got a whole different take on life these days. A protracted divorce, career change, birth of a son 8 years ago and remarriage recently.... all factors. I still track and mix in PARIS. Even doped up my man Chuck with some remote guitar parts I do off my old website www.hotguitartracks.com Still mastering from time to time.... just did a nice smooth jazz disc master. Aside from that, I still play live locally--giving and gettin a lot of total satisfaction doing that.

Jim Drago.... email is the best way to get me.... mark@avidrecording.com

I suspect you're wondering about that controller we spoke about a few years ago. I still have one and love it. Pictured here the day I brought it home. http://avidrecording.com/x1.htm Maker went out of business but I think he still has a few left.

On a FB related topic, I thought I'd pop this page up for whoever's interested.

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Dash-McIvor-The-Surfmeisters/ 230974483625382

It's not totally up & running yet, but if you go to the 'Musicstore' link on the LH side of the page, the song that you can preview was recorded entirely in Paris - as will be the rest of the Album, thanks to Mike's drivers & the help & support of this site.
Cheers everyone!! Smile

Thanks for the kind words Ted!!

That song was recorded over a year ago, & was actually the last song I recorded before the old Mac I was running Paris on really started to spit the dummy! As a result, the whole album project was eventually shunted onto the back burner, where it stayed until the recent rebirth of Paris on PC.

Few teething issues here & there, but for all intensive purposes the Album project is under way once again!
