this didn't go already, but, hey. In case you're not familiar with the card:
The EDS-Sti-01 professional SMPTE/VITC synchronization module will read and
generate LTC and VITC time code, and supports both NTSC and PAL formats.
The following frame rates are supported: 30, 29.97(non-drop), 29.97 (drop),
25, and 24 fps, with the ability to auto detect the frame rate of incoming
time code. The EDS-Sti-01 will support 48kHz and 44.lkHz sampling

as well as the ability to generate .1% pull-down and pull-up for film-to-video
transfers. When reading time code, the EDS-Sti-01 is capable of freewheeling
upon detection of missing time code, and has the ability to jam sync or regenerate
fresh time code when dubbing. The EDS-Sti-01 supports both Black Burst mode
(sample accurate) and Chase Mode type synchronization, and can generate an
optional SMPTE time code display window in the video output signal ("window
bum").
The EDS-Sti-01 offers the user 11 front panel status indicator LEDs, including
30/29.97 (non-drop), 29.97 (drop), 25, and 24 frame rates, Lock, Video Present,
LTC, VITC, Pull Down, Pull Up and Master Sync. Rear panel connectors include
(2) quarter-inch TRS connectors for analog SMPTE time code in
