I started using these Raptors about 18 months ago.
I just had my first Raptor die. Allocation errors.
This one got a little over 50% of the usage in that time.
I'm happy to say I had a backup or two of everything=20
on it. WD's return RMA procedure looks pretty good.
A new one is on it's way and this hasn't even been
packed up yet.
Just keep your backup routines happening. I am looking
into Seagates for my next shot at these SATA guys.
Now I have three more Raptors that have me worrying.
