I'll see your Innervisions and raise you a Music of My Mind / "Superwoman".
Freaking great music. I'm always listening to some Stevie because it's
some of the happiest/hopeful stuff out there. Hey maybe Hillary will get
some Stevie for a theme song and then I'll think she won't suck as a president
(which she will).

Don't forget to check out

A time to love
fulfillingness
talking book
music of my mind
songs in the key of life (nicaquella is my favorite on that one).

Yeah, Stevie. One of my favoritest songs ever is "You Haven't Done Nothin'"
on Fullfillingness . . . etc.

It's all terrific music. Innervisions just hit me like a brick recently.

Maybe it's the times we live in.

the jeff beck solo in "looking for another true love"
is one of my all time favorites. I can listen to it forever.

Don't remember if it's on that one or "talking book."
Those first two or three stevie lps were great.

Stevie has always been timeless. Awesome stuff. On Superwoman, check out
the super high Stevie harmonies. Sends chills every time. Check them out
2:09, 2:25, and 2:41

It's track 9 on Talking Book and Stevie says "Do it Jeff". hehe
That cascading falling arpeggio like thing at the end is cool.

I LOVE that song. Catchy, powerful, stands the test of time.

Stevie has the chops, has class, has unreal abilities and can't see
the damn keys.

Great stuff.

It took some major string-pulling to get tickets for the Nov. 17 show at the
garden. It was one of the best live shows I have ever been to. Song after
song brought back intense memories and almost every intro brought the crowd
to its feet.

Quite a bit of energy in the Garden that night for my favorite songwriter
of all time.

If you ever have a chance to see him live…
