Man!!! I own a 1961 B15N Portaflex. I usually track bass through a Radial
tonebone, splitting the bass output to the DI of an Avalon 737 and a mic'ed
bass amp (in many cases, the Portaflex). I just opened up this plugin on the
DI track of a project where I had also simultaneously tracked the bass to
the Portaflex. I can dial in the same sound on the VST plugin. I don't think
I've ever heard a plugin as true to the original.

Hmmmmm, I wonder who said that before? hmmmmm hehe, I totally love the
plug. The interface is great too. You can just increment throught presets
or pick them from a list. That's one killer bass plug.

I’m on the fan list for this plug. It’s the first amp sim I really like.

If you're serious, I'd be willing to talk about it. I think I'll be able to
live with this plugin. There's a *wow* factor to having a genuine vintage
B-15N in the studio, but it's not something that is in great demand here. If
I was in an area where there was more R & B happening, maybe. this is
acoustic country and if I need to track an electric bass, I can DI it and
then apply the plugin.
