I cannot figure out how to do this, so I have to run Outlook Express to read
my favorite news group. Any clues?

Put "news.parisnewsgroup.com" for the Server name, port 119. That's it !

Oh, and then click Manage Newsgroup subscriptions and pick
Idea.emuensoniqparis
