If the Mac is a nubus, you can sell the Nuverb together with the Mac for a
good price on EBay. I've seen a working Nuverb setup go for $400.00-$600.00,
though it's been a while. The Nuverb is, I think, basically equivalent to a
Lexicon 300 and can be patched in to a board as a standalone processor.

BTW, this would be an awesome rig to use as a standalone processor, similar
to the way I'm patching Paris tracks through Cubase SX channels. Depending
on the number of ADAT channels, you could process Paris tracks with TDM
plugins in real time during mixdown.

Muhahahahah!!!!!!!

Plus........think of the outrage in the PT community this would cause. I
sorta get the image of the dominant Paris dog humping the submissive PT
dog..........but then again, I'm sorta sick this way..

Hey DJ,

Could you post (probably for the umpteenth time!) your setup that allows
for real time processing of VST FX using Paris? Am I correct in understanding
that you're running UAD-1 FX w/ no latency while mixing in Paris? Could
I run the Waves IR reverb in real time w/ Paris this way?

Thanks!

I forgot to mention that since I'm a Mac guy I'd probably try to do this using
PT LE or Digital Performer. I have a Digi 002 and a MOTU 2408, but I think
the 2408 w/ the PCI 324 card introduces some latency.

Gantt,

I had a brain fart and forgot which tread this request came from so I posted
it as a new thread. You should definitely be able to run the Waves IR this
way if your Mac has the horsepower to operate at 1.5ms latency while
streaming processed signals live.
