Hey Dan
It looks from your pic you need to cross over your larger 16 pin ribbon cables (A and B)

C-----C
A-----B
B-----A
C1 C2

Slot A is at rear of card and is the larger connector.
It must cross over to B on 2 Card 2 and likewise B on Card 1 crosses over to A on card 2

Keep red stripe all to rear or all to front it doesn't matter which as long as all the same direction.

Any old IDE Cable will work. Just peel the appropriate number of wires for the cable you are to make. I have made them myself no problems.

Connectors here

Important if you make them to have the connector orientated properly so that the polarization indicator on the connector is
facing same direction in relationship to red stripe (or however you mark it)on both ends of completed cable.

THX !! Razz It runs. But there is only one Problem left.
One CS16 is only runnig.
I tried the 2 RJ45 of the 2 EDS at both Cs16 one runs every time, but the other don't runs. My both systmes are Ensoniq Paris and the other is Emu Paris Pro.
At the Ensoniq Paris CS16 is blinking the Dim LED. The other one PAris Pro CS16 not when i connected every RJ45 Cable.
I believe one of the CS16 is damaged.
Got someone have this Problem too ???
If one of the CS16 damaged ?

If working CS16 led blinks when connect to card a or b but the CS16 Pro dosen't when connected to a or b then Id say it IS the Pro CS16 that has the issue.

Have you checked and/or unchecked the C16Pro "blue" or C16 "black" in the Project window settings for the appropriate C16? This makes a big difference.

C16s can be safely opened with reasonable care - in fact this might be a good time to clean and maintain it. Full illustrated instructions are here, courtesy of Aaron Allen.
