can not read program bitmap files,issue [message #76449]

hi to all
i have constant problem on my ol mac/paris rig,
paris on startup cannot read program bitmap files,
can annybody help me on this?
i have os9.22 and 1.25 gig of ram g4 733 and nothing installed(exept my uad)
but paris 3.0
im going crazy here,hmm
