Hi all,
I've opted to revert back to Paris on a Mac in order to retrieve a few past projects that I'd like to rework.
The old Mac was kaput, so I've bought a G4 (Quicksilver 2002) & formatted the drive & installed OS-9.2.2 (came with OSX).

Then something I wasn't expecting happened - it wouldn't recognize the Paris software CD!! Shocked Whenever I try to run the CD, I get either a "Prepare for Burning" alert, or it just spits the CD back out!

The CD Rom seems to work OK (I installed OS-9 from a disk), so why would this be happening? I'm using my original Paris V3 disk which is for PC or Mac.
Is there some sort of extension I'm supposed to install to have it recognize certain CDs? It was over 10 years ago that I last set Paris up on the old Mac with OS9, so my memory of settings is a bit stretched...(lol).
Embarassed
