There is a guy in Europe that wants to buy one of my domain names. He has
contacted me via phone and Email. I basically told him to make me an offer.
He has had a broker contact me via email and we've negotiated a price( in
the thousands). They want to use an escrow service. I'm going to tell them
no, to wire me the money and I'll do the transfer. I know from experience,
this is where the whole deal will break down. Any suggestions?

As long as they are willing to cover all the additional costs of
escrow, I don't see a problem with it... they are trying to cover
their collective a**es... can't blame them for that...
