Hello all,

I keep getting the same message when I try and play projects with a full mixer,

"An error occured during playback. Ran out of memory for disk transfers. Try increasing disk cache size."

I'm running paris on a decent computer on windows,

I have optimized my computer for maximum cache size, in 'regedit'

My friend said the problem could be because my projects are being save to the same hardrive that paris is running on, and if I had a firewire external hardrive that I could save and write audio files to that would fix the problem,

any thoughts?

Thanks a bunch

If you're not using Mike's drivers and you use a multi-core machine then you need to disable HT hyperthreading in the bios.
