60gig Ipod and I'm going to start importing my cd

I have a 60gb photoPod. I rip to 160kbps AAC. I use iTunes and the
iPod for casual listening - don't want to have to have a TB array just
to hold my cd collection. If I want to do critical listening, I'll
just pull out the original cd and listen to it on a real cd player.
Since iTunes is for casual listening, I don't really notice the losses
involved in squishing.

pabYehhh, Happy New Year to you all. Now I'm tired of looking at all the
colored bombs exploding all around here for plenty of hours, so I'm going to
bed, trying to sleep with closed headset without any music, dreaming sweet
about all the colors from the New Year firework battles;-)

when paris is playing.
Rendering to different lengths is only a no no if you are going to use a
stereo native insert on the 2 different lenght tracks.
otherwise...it's no problem.
all other tips are valid
I've also seen bad things happen when messing around too much in the "markers"
window. I don't leave it open anymore than is neccessary, and save before
deleting or renaming markers.
