any way of getting a VU meter on the paris master inserts (anyone want to
build a VU meter for Paris!?). Kinda desperate to have access to a VU meter
for mixing. I don't have (and can't afford) a hardware one (unless they're
really cheap!).

My only other thought was that I could perhaps I could take the out from
paris and run it into another computer or another soundcard on the same computer
and use an app just for VU metering. In which case, what app could run a
VU meter plug in (e.g. the PSP one) on a live input - ideally one that doesn't
use too many resources?

Thanks
Dan

Dan,
Chuck's Paris Meter looks awesome. I'm not sure where you can get
it these days though. I use it on the master bus to see how much =
NoLimit/
comp/bus slam I'm really applying.

It would have been cool if it could be turned vertically to line up
with the meters by the fader for comparison. Then I
wouldn't have to use one meter in the first slot and one
in the last for easy visual comparisons.

Good question! I'd definitely be interested.
Is this a peak meter or a VU meter? If it's peak, any idea how I could go
about getting a VU one on the Paris master - perhaps as an external effect
to another app running the VU meter (though this seems kind of extreme!).

Cheers,
Dan
