Anyone using a wireless keyboard and Mouse with their PARIS
comp? Is there any things to consider when attempting this?
Like interference of any kind etc...?
Any suggestions on manufactures?

The range my house, where I have my DAW in one room & my
regular PC (the one i'm typing this on) in an office adjacent
to that is about 10 feet through a masonry wall or about 15
feet around the wall through the door - however the signal is
being received. I know this because if you have both computers
on, when you're using the mouse on one of them, the other will
receive the signals, as well. Not a good thing, obviously.
They're both Logitech mouses - errr - mice. I have no idea if
they're both transmitting on the same frequecy or if they're
just close enough to each others frequency to make that happen.
Not usually a problem, since if I'm using one computer, I'm not
using the other at the same time, but if my daughter wants to
do something for school while I'm on the DAW, she's got to do
it on the laptop, otherwise this PC's mouse starts moving my
cursor around & vice-versa.

I noticed you are using a KVM on your two comps.
A wireless keyboard/mouse will not work in that setup.
I wanted to go wireless too but the KVM held me back.
Maybe yours is different?

Excellent point Tom...
I guess I will have to compromise and use my old keyboard and mouse for the
internet comp and have that old keyboard switch just the monitor between
the two comps.
Should work, but I will see.
Thaks for the heads up..I really didn't even take time to consider how it
would hook up...
