I'm thinking of selling my Waves Gold Bundle (v3) - anyone done this?

I don't have my login with me to contact their tech support (grr). Does
Waves have a process for transferring the license?

Anyone interested? Native version. No WUP.

Thanks,
Dedric

Dedric,

Why are you selling? I know tthat there any alot of "new" kids on the plugin
block, But, as a package, the waves Gold Bundle is the only package in-which
I can mix an album project with.

Yes, I know they don;t have the emulation or the hip interfaces, but Ren
Comp, Ren Eq, Delay,L1,c1,etc still get's the job done better (imo) than
some of these plugins that try to mimic 'old"
studio gear.
I also, like the fact that the waves plugs(other than their SSL plugs) don't
stamp a signature sound. They pretty much leave he track "Nuetral", but you
can hear and feel it working.

All in all, I love Waves Plugins. They works and they don;t "suck up" valuble
CPU power. I know these days, is "fashoinable " to say that Waves plugs are
not happening. With plugs like URS, Sonalkis, UAD, and other vintage plugins.

Still, to my ears, Wave plugs just work and get's the job done.
Take care

Hi Lamont,

I don't use them. v3 VST doesn't work with Nuendo 3 and I didn't want to
pay for the WUP plan just to get a compatible version. I also moved away
from using them a few years ago - not the sound I wanted - a bit veiled -
esp. the Ren series. They do work and are good plugins but not what I go to
on a daily basis - I have other goto choices for every plugin in the bundle.
Just no point in letting them sit there when someone else might use them
more, and/or would want to use them to upgrade to v5 or Platinum.

I had considered keeping them and upgrading, but I just can't justify it for
what I am doing and how little I would use them.

Regards,
Dedric

Hey Dedric,
Are these for the Mac? If so, what would you like to fetch for them? And
what is the latest version of Waves that will still run in Paris on a Mac
G4?
Thanks, Al Corey
