Merry Christmass every one . Very Happy
Ok, I have not used my paris for like a year. I moved the hard drives around in the computer and cleaned it out. So paris made me redo my "chalange" and that worked find. When I try to load paris I get first a VST remaping error and then after that this message.

DEBUG MESSAGE
ASSERTION faild: afilesearchwin.C:58
sd->sgnature==test_SIG

What is that all about and what do i need to do to fix it.
Im thinking my hard drive is not on the same cable as it was
before and can not see the VST patching (maybe).

Any help would great.

Sincerely,

Jeff Albro

Heya Jeff- Merry Christmas to you too!

That *really* doesn't look like a regular PARIS error message, it sounds like something else. Just a thought - move your VST (and DX) plugs out of the directory they're in (maybe drag them to a folder on your desktop) and reboot PARIS and see if the problem goes away. If it does, you've located it and can proceed from there. If not, you've come to the right place, although the holidays may be slow. Let us know!

Yea thanks for the getting back so fast.
I'm thinking it could be that also.
I will try moving VST to a differnt folder first. I also have powed plug-in's and thay don't work yet and have not. I just got a wraper for them not long ago. So let me try that first and
go from there.

Keep me posted if you think of any thing more.

Only thing I did was move the hard drive to a differnt spot in the computer and add a Hot swap raid to back up.

Thanks again and Happy, Happy day.

Sincerely,

Jeff
