Best DI box I've ever heard (and I've heard a few). I like it better than
the DI on the Demeter VTMP, Demeter HMP, Great River MP2-MH, Avalon 737 and
Millennia SST-1, UA 610 Solo and Avalon .U5. It doesn't have any tone
controls and outputs only 40dB but there's something so nice about the tube
circuit and transformer in this box that it's got a bit of a "woah!!!"
factor, even on my bland old P-Bass with passive pickups.

Shit eatin' grins like this usually cost in excess of $1500.00.

Wow, you must be psychic, I was just drinking my morning coffee, thinkin'
bout last nights bass tracking session and started to wonder about the Reddi
and if it was that much better than the brick. I used my SVT and a passive
DI into my BAE312's on the girl's Stringray (couple of DBX 160x's too)..and
she was loving it..but I kept wondering..would the brick make it that much
more there? I never loved this DI I have ( i think it is called a missing
link) The SVT's DI is killer..but always buzzes.

I think I could probably retire my B-15N if it had similar shelving EQ's.
The newest REDDI has a direct "thru" jack to send the signal to an amplifier
simultaneously so I'll be using the B-15N to shape the directly recorded
tone at the amp mic'ed with a 441 while taking the full frequency signal
from the REDDI straight to disk.
